Mr Langlands, secretary of the Otago Early Settlers' Association, has handed us the following list of surviving passengers who arrived by the Tasmania and Royal Albert:-
Tasmania (arrived 26th February, 1853).- Mrs Wm. Gregg (Lovell), Mrs Evans (Lovell), Mrs Fynmore (Lovell), all of Dunedin; Robt. Robinson, Berwick.
Royal Albert (6th March, 1853).- Mr Peter Ayson, Toiro; Mr James Fraser Ayson, Kaihiku; Mrs John Watt (Ann Ayson), Kaihiku; Mr William Ayson, Waikaka; Mr John Ayson, Christchurch; Mr Alexander Ayson, Gore; Mrs John Low (Elspeth Fraser Ayson), Balclutha; Mr Robert Ayson, Toiro, Mr Thomas Corbett de Lacy, Ravensbourne; Mrs William M'Diarmid (Christina M'Leod), Woodside, West Taieri; Mrs Wm. Barr (Marjory Speid), Belleknowes; Mrs James Christie (Jane Speid), Saddle Hill; Mrs William Allan (Helen Webser Speid), Mosgiel; Mrs William Wyllie (Eliza Pauline Speid), Maheno; Mr John Hunter, Saddle Hill; Mr John Johnston, Kaihiku; Mr George Lindsay, Milton.
